Privacy
This site is designed to collect almost nothing.
Malott.ai is a static public professional site. The site itself does not use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, cookies, forms, accounts, comments, browser storage, or executable JavaScript.
Site behavior
No visitor profiles. No behavioral tracking.
Malott.ai does not intentionally collect personal information through a site interface. There is no newsletter, account system, comment system, contact form, advertising system, or marketing database. Tony does not use the site to build visitor profiles, sell visitor data, or target advertising.
Hosting
Routine web requests still create infrastructure data.
The site is delivered through Cloudflare. Like ordinary web infrastructure, Cloudflare processes technical request data when visitors access customer websites. Its current privacy policy states that this may include IP addresses, traffic-routing data, system-configuration information, and other information about traffic to and from the site.
Cloudflare processes that data under its own services, configuration, and privacy terms. Tony does not use Malott.ai to run behavioral analytics or build visitor profiles.
Review Cloudflare's privacy policy ↗Email correspondence
Email is outside the static site boundary.
Selecting an email link opens the visitor's chosen email service. If you write to [email protected], the message, attachments, addressing information, timestamps, and related metadata are processed by the sender's and recipient's email providers and may be retained as ordinary correspondence.
Tony may use the correspondence to evaluate, respond to, secure, document, or retain the conversation as reasonably necessary. Do not send credentials, confidential business information, regulated records, proprietary source material, health information, financial information, or personal data that is not necessary for the conversation.
External links
Other sites operate under their own rules.
Malott.ai links to SharePlane and may link to other external services. Those sites operate independently and may collect or process information under their own policies. Malott.ai does not control their behavior.
Public content
Public means durable.
Everything published on Malott.ai is intended as public professional context. Once production crawler restrictions are lifted, search engines, archives, AI systems, recruiters, and other third parties may index, copy, cache, summarize, quote, or retain it. Private sources, employer-sensitive material, and controlled evidence remain outside the site.
Security boundary
Reduced collection is not absolute security.
Reducing collection reduces exposure. It does not make a public website or email system absolutely confidential, available, or secure.
Changes
The policy must change when the architecture changes.
This page describes the current architecture and practices. It must be revised before Malott.ai adds analytics, cookies, forms, accounts, comments, embedded third-party content, or any other mechanism that materially changes data collection or processing.
